Sabal Trust welcomes voluntary contributions from individuals, organisations, and institutions who believe in strengthening communities through compassionate care, awareness, rehabilitation, and empowerment.
Your contributions can help support our ongoing initiatives, subject to program requirements and available resources.
Purpose of Donations
Donations may be used to support:
Mental health awareness and community support programs.
Counselling and psychological support initiatives.
Drug de-addiction and rehabilitation activities.
Legal awareness and community education.
Women empowerment and skill-development programs.
Community outreach, educational workshops, and other approved charitable activities.
Donations may also support reasonable operational and administrative expenses necessary to deliver these initiatives.
Voluntary Contributions
All donations are made voluntarily, without any expectation of financial return, ownership rights, or direct personal benefit.
Donors must ensure that the information provided during the donation process is accurate.
Donation Payment Methods
Sabal Trust may accept contributions through available payment methods displayed on its official donation page, which may include UPI, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, or other authorised payment services.
The availability of each payment method depends on the payment service provider and the donation platform.
Donation Acknowledgement
Where contact and transaction information are available, donors may receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming their contribution.
An acknowledgement of donation does not automatically constitute a tax-deduction certificate.
Utilisation of Funds
Sabal Trust aims to use contributions responsibly and in accordance with its charitable objectives, applicable regulations, and the purpose communicated for each campaign.
Where a campaign is fully funded, cannot proceed, or requires adjustment, eligible contributions may be allocated to a substantially similar charitable purpose, subject to donor restrictions and applicable law.
Tax Benefits
Tax deductions, including those under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, are available only if Sabal Trust holds the necessary valid approval and all statutory conditions are satisfied.
Donors are responsible for checking their eligibility and retaining appropriate supporting documents.
Foreign Contributions
Contributions from foreign sources will be accepted only when permitted under applicable Indian laws, including requirements under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, where relevant.
Donation Transparency
Sabal Trust seeks to maintain proper records of contributions and their utilisation in accordance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
