Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Sabal Trust values the generosity and trust of every donor. Contributions help support our charitable programs and community welfare initiatives.

Because donations are voluntary charitable contributions, successfully processed donations are generally treated as final, except in the circumstances described below or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered in circumstances such as:

• An accidental duplicate donation.

• A technical error resulting in an incorrect amount being charged.

• An unauthorised or fraudulent transaction supported by relevant evidence.

• A payment that was deducted despite being recorded incorrectly or not completed.

• Other exceptional circumstances approved by Sabal Trust or required by applicable law.

Each request will be reviewed individually.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email Sabaltrust@support.com with the following information:

• Donor’s full name.

• Registered email address or phone number.

• Donation date and amount.

• Transaction or payment reference number.

• Reason for requesting the refund.

• Relevant payment confirmation or supporting evidence.

For faster review, donors are encouraged to report an issue within 7 days of the transaction. This does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

Refund Review and Processing

Sabal Trust will review the submitted information, verify the transaction, and communicate its decision.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be initiated through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.

The time required for funds to appear in the donor’s account depends on the bank, payment gateway, and applicable processing arrangements.

Cancellation of Donations

A donation can generally be cancelled before successful payment completion.

Once successfully processed, cancellation requests are handled under the refund provisions of this policy.

Recurring Donations

If recurring donations are offered, donors may request cancellation of future payments through the available subscription management facility or by contacting Sabal Trust.

Cancellation of future contributions does not automatically reverse previously processed donations.

Failed Transactions

If an amount is debited but the donation is unsuccessful, the transaction may be automatically reversed by the payment provider or issuing bank.

Donors should contact Sabal Trust with their transaction details if the issue remains unresolved.

Changes to This Policy

Sabal Trust may update this policy to reflect changes in donation processing or applicable legal requirements.
